Because of the nature of this service we are unable to say exactly what features will be available. Everything depends upon the lease agreement you establish with the dealer you’re connected with. Your dealer may provide trade-in options, but they may not. The dealers we were connected with did offer trade-in options as well as end or term purchases. They also offered leasing specials and the ability to custom build our new car.

Ease Of Use:  

New Car Lease does offer free lease quotes; however, like with all middle man companies, you have no control over where your information is going and which car dealers will contact you. This can be either a positive or a negative thing. The negative thing is that you’ll have about five or six car dealers calling to answer your request. The positive thing is that you’ll have five or six car dealers to choose from.

New Car Lease also offers a puny example of a leasing article. At the bottom of their Webpage—and there is only one page—there is an article about why you should lease. It is somewhat helpful, but not very explanatory.
 

Potential End Of Lease Costs:  

Again, this will determine greatly upon which dealer you choose and what is written into your lease. However, we were able to establish a few fees that appear to be uniform in all leases. The first is wear and tear. If you inflict excessive damage to the vehicle and neglect to fix it before returning it, you’ll have to deal with a hefty fine. As well, you’ll get fined for failing to make your payments on time.

You can also expect to be charged if you exceed the number of miles you agreed upon in your lease agreement. Every lease establishes a number of miles you are permitted to drive the leased vehicle each year.
 

Help/Support:  

New Car Lease offered no form of customer support or contact.

Although this is a neat concept, having software just redirect people to auto dealers, it’s very impersonal and unpredictable. While you will undoubtedly receive help from the dealer they pass you off onto, New Car Leasing offers no customer support themselves. We also don’t like that you have no control over who your information is sent to.
